1️⃣Where do your accounts come from? Why are there limitations on running fanpage and app install ads?

-Our accounts come from an exclusive agency. Apart from these 2 limitations, all other functions are the same. Why don't you charge service fees? Many ad account rental services do.

2️⃣How can I run app install ads?

-Please submit your App Store/Google Play store link and Facebook app ID to us, or follow the instructions in our Telegram bot. We will prepare the account for you within 2-3 working days.

3️⃣How can I use my own fanpages to run ads?

-Please authorize your fanpages to us, or follow the instructions in our Telegram bot. We will prepare the account for you within 2-3 working days.

4️⃣Do your ad accounts have spending limits?

-Our individual ad accounts have a default daily spending limit of $1000, which can usually be increased to $5000 or even removed within 2-3 working days. However, each of our packages includes 5 ad accounts. We also have a limited number of unlimited ad accounts available. Please contact support if needed.

5️⃣If I top up $1000 to an ad account but only spend a portion of it before the account gets banned, will I lose my funds?

-No, we will withdraw the account balance and transfer it back to your wallet.
